KCG ANNOUNCES
REDEMPTION OF 6.875%
SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2020
NEW YORK, New York - June 21,
2017 - KCG Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KCG) today announced that it
will redeem all of its outstanding 6.875% Senior Secured Notes Due
2020 (ISIN No. US48244BAC46) (the "Notes") on the business day
immediately following the effective date of the Agreement and Plan
of Merger, by and among Virtu Financial, Inc., Orchestra Merger
Sub, Inc. and the Company, dated as of April 20, 2017 (the
"Redemption Date"). On the Redemption Date, KCG will pay to the
registered holders of the Notes a redemption price equal to
103.438% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and
unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date. As of
June 21, 2017, $465,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes
were outstanding.

redemption of the Notes. Holders of the Notes should refer to the
notice of redemption delivered to the registered holders of the
Notes by The Bank of New York Mellon, the trustee with respect to
the Notes.
