Wells Fargo's Accounting Chief Plans To Retire

Wells Fargo & Co. said Richard Levy, its chief accounting
officer, intends to retire, and will be succeeded by the company's
controller, Muneera Carr.
Mr. Levy, who has been with Wells Fargo since 2002, will stay
with the company until March 31, the company said.
Ms. Carr, who joined the company in January, will continue to
serve as controller, where she will remain in charge of corporate
tax, accounting and reporting, as well as financial controls and
oversight processes.
