(TSX: SNC) is pleased to announce that Craig Muir will be succeeding Christian Brown as President, Oil & Gas,
effective April 2019. Based in the
United Arab Emirates, Craig will
report directly to Neil Bruce,
President and Chief Executive Officer, and join the Executive
Committee.

the coming months."
Craig Muir joins SNC-Lavalin from
Petrofac where he is currently the group's Chief Commercial Officer
and a member of their Executive Committee. He has over 30 years of
experience in the offshore and onshore oil & gas industry,
working in many international locations from the UK through the
Middle East, Commonwealth of
Independent States (CIS) and Far East. He has been responsible for
the leadership, management and delivery of major projects,
deployment of effective operations and development of medium and
large businesses into new service sectors and geographies.
Prior to his commercial role, he headed up Petrofac's
Engineering and Consulting Services business, where he was
accountable for the delivery, performance, strategic growth and
development of all reimbursable services. This covered EPCM project
delivery, project management, engineering, brownfield operation
& maintenance, duty holder, asset management, well management,
and training and competence. Prior to Petrofac, Craig spent seven
years with AMEC, latterly as their Executive Vice President for the
Middle East, Africa and CIS. His early career was spent
with KBR, Brown & Root and AOC. He has an MBA from the
University of Strathclyde and
background in Mechanical and Production Engineering.

Christian Brown joined
SNC-Lavalin in 2014 at the time of the acquisition of Kentz, where
he was the Chief Executive Officer. He moved into a corporate
development role to lead the acquisition of WS Atkins plc, before
stepping back into the President of Oil & Gas role to bring
more focus to business development and client execution and
delivery. Chris will remain with SNC-Lavalin until the summer of
2019 in order to ensure a smooth and orderly transition with
Craig Muir.
