Howard Sutton, P.Eng, has been appointed as Interim President and Chief
Executive Officer effective immediately, following the departure of Fred Godard
as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Godard remains a director of
QuStream. A sub-committee of the board of directors of QuStream has been formed
to oversee the operations of QuStream and to lead the search for a permanent
replacement for Mr. Godard.
