Deutsche Post AG (DPW.XE) said Wednesday that it will sell its secure messenger app SIMSme to digital-communications developer Brabbler AG for an undisclosed amount.

As part of the deal, Deutsche Post will take a stake in Brabbler to participate in the future development of the SIMSme platform.

The deal is set to close soon, Deutsche Post said.
