President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of E'Prime Aerospace
Corporation (Pink Sheets: EPEO), a U.S. company with more than
2,000 shareholders, today announced the appointment of two
individuals to serve on E'Prime's Board of Directors and in
leadership positions. June M. Nichols, a senior official during the
Reagan and Bush Administrations as Deputy Director of the U.S.
Small Business Administration (SBA), will assume the position as
Secretary/Treasurer and Director of E'Prime Aerospace Corporation's
Board of Directors. As Deputy Director of the SBA, Nichols directly
managed a $300 million operating budget, supervised a workforce
exceeding 4,000 and liaised and negotiated with the U.S. Congress
on behalf of the White House. Prior to and following her term with
SBA, Nichols owned and managed several small businesses and held
numerous appointments to boards of directors of both public and
private companies, including the Export-Import Bank of the United
States. Barry McFarland, a senior corporate principal with over 30
years of executive experience in public and private companies, will
serve as a Director on the E'Prime Board of Directors and as Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) of the corporation. Previous positions
include CFO, Vice President of Finance and Vice President of
Operations for both public and private start-ups and established
manufacturing and marketing companies having annual sales exceeding
$120 million. In these positions, McFarland reduced product costs
approximately 61 percent and assisted with pricing, negotiation and
execution of $100 million in federally procured contracts from the
