MARKHAM, ON--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - Kallo Inc.'s (OTCQB:
KALO) President & COO Mr. Vince Leitao today announced the
appointment of two key senior managers to its management team:
Mr. Drew Coderre. Director - Human Resources. Mr. Coderre is an
accomplished Human Resources Leader who has enjoyed impressive
results working as a strategic HR Business Partner and also in
operational HR leadership roles. A graduate of McGill University,
he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a Major in Industrial
Relations. Coderre held a number of senior Human Resources
leadership roles with two global, industry-leading technology
companies, Sun Microsystems and Compaq, and also with smaller
Canadian companies. During his 10 years at Sun Microsystems, and
throughout his career, he always maintained a continuing commitment
to learn and understand the needs of the business and subsequently
develop and execute an effective HR strategy that translates
executive goals and vision into operational programs and
strategies. The goal was always to improve individual and
organizational performance, and to drive higher levels of
engagement. This ultimately earned him the position of HR Country
Manager and Business Partner to the Canadian President. Coderre has
worked very closely with many senior leaders on determining the key
attributes and performance criteria to focus on in order to source
and hire the person who is most likely to achieve success in each
role. His ability to assess, select and hire the individual who
represents the best fit is exceptional. It will continue to serve

Mr. Manny Teixeira. Director - Procurement & Production. Mr.
Teixeira has been in the pharmaceutical, medical & health care
business for over 27 years. Mr. Teixeira is a seasoned and
accomplished executive, backed by demonstrated success in building
effective infrastructure, sales teams, marketing and networks of
industry connections. His expertise in procurement, manufacturing
and production is a valuable addition to Kallo. Over the course of
his career he has held several senior positions with major
companies such as Director of Franchise Development with the Katz
Group and VP of Sales & Marketing with Assure Pharmaco. Mr.
Teixeira is also the founder of Mantex Enterprise Inc. where he
negotiated projects with companies such as Ranbaxy, Accord
Healthcare, DUA Cardiac Networks and Global Health Solutions
providing leadership in Sales Management and Business Development.
Manny was a member of the Toronto Auxiliary Police Force for three
years sharpening his life skills as he enjoyed the opportunity of
giving back to the community. Mr. Teixeira brings to Kallo Inc.,
the ability to build solid business relationships, his commitment
of trust, honesty, integrity and loyalty.
