Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 14, 2021, Mr. Lo Yu Ming resigned as the Independent Director of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Bautista, Michael Bibat has agreed to serve as the Company’s new Independent Director, effective May 14, 2021.
