Jamie Bond, the former CEO and board member has resigned as part of the acquisition agreement. Roger AT Smith, the new CEO of Smart Ventures, has over 30 years oil and gas drilling, completion, work over and production experience with a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering. The Company has a good operating history with a strong safety record.
