GBP 250,000,000 Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes due 2069 ISIN XS1886621702 (the "Class 2A Notes")

(together, the "Notes")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO HOLDERS OF THE NOTES THAT :

The following document has been approved by the FCA and is available for viewing:

Base prospectus dated 4 April 2023 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the Lannraig Master Issuer PLC GBP10,000,000,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Note Programme.

A copy of the Base Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Notes that:

Amendments to the following Programme Documents in relation to the Lannraig Master Issuer PLC GBP10,000,000,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Note Programme entered into on 30 September 2011 (and amended and restated from time to time) were made by the parties thereto on 4 April 2023 by way of a Deed of Amendment (the "Deed of Amendment"):

   (a)         the Programme Master Definitions Schedule ; 
   (b)         the Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement; 
   (c)         the Issuer Trust Deed; 
   (d)         the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule; 
   (e)         the Issuer Cash Management Agreement; 
   (f)         the NAB Issuer Bank Account Agreement; 
   (g)         the Citi Issuer Bank Account Agreement; 
   (h)         the Issuer Deed of Charge; 
   (i)         the Global Intercompany Loan Agreement; 
   (j)         the Funding Deed of Charge; 
   (k)         the Mortgage Sale Agreement; 
   (l)         the Servicing Agreement; 
   (m)        the Mortgages Trust Deed; 
   (n)         the NAB Funding Bank Account Agreement; 
   (o)         the CB Funding Bank Account Agreement; 
   (p)         Funding Fixed Basis Rate Swap Agreement; and 
   (q)         Funding SVR Basis Rate Swap Agreement.

Copies of the Deed of Amendment and the above-mentioned documents to which it relates will be available for inspection by Noteholders at the specified offices of the Principal Paying Agent and of the Issuer referred to below.
