SOVEREIGN HOUSING CAPITAL PLC

Barry Nethercott has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Sovereign, following the forthcoming departure of Rita Akushie, who leaves to take up a permanent role.

Barry is an experienced CFO and established interim. For the past 10 years he's worked in similar roles within the housing sector, including The Guinness Partnership, Southern Housing Group and Network Homes.

Barry joins Sovereign on 2 January.
