address the concerns raised by Moody's Investors Service in its press releases 
dated 15 June 2009 and 4 November 2009, amendments have been made to the 
Receivables Trust documentation pursuant to a deed of amendment dated 20 April 
2010 and additional offer dated 19 April 2010 (the "Amendment Documentation"). 
Should you wish to see details of these amendments, a copy of the Amendment 
Documentation has been made available at the registered office of the Issuers. 
Capitalised terms not defined in this notice have the meaning given to them in 
the Prospectuses dated  7 October 2003, 23 February 2004, 18 May 2004, 16 August
