Bakethin Finance PLC (the "Issuer") is publishing this notice in connection with
the issue by it of #248,000,000 5.87526 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Bonds due
2034 (the "Bonds") on 12 May 2004 (the "Bond Issue").
The Offering Circular dated 10 May prepared in connection with the Bond Issue
did not accurately represent the documents underlying the Bond Issue in two
respects. The purpose of this notice is to make the following two corrections:
1. (1) The amount of interest payable to Bondholders by the Issuer on the
first Scheduled Payment Date pursuant to Condition 3(a) (Interest on
the Bonds) shall be #1,162.14 in respect of each Bond, rather than
#2,882,107 as set out in the Offering Circular.
2. (2) The schedule set out at Condition 6(b) (The Bonds) of the Offering
Circular shall be replaced with the following schedule:
