Update Suspension of Trading

Further to the announcement on 30 June 2011, Armor Designs Inc., (AIM: ADID, ADIS), announces that the Company is currently finalising a follow-on credit facility with an existing and another potential lender. The year end results to 31 December 2010 are due to be signed-off by the Company's auditors pending finalisation of this funding.

The Company remains in temporary suspension of trading until publication of the year end results.

A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
