The Company received notification on 12 May 2008 that, following the
subscription for 2,000,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.73 per cent. of the
voting issued share capital, in the recent placing, The Global Value Investment
Portfolio Management Pte Ltd now holds 2,700,000 ordinary shares in the capital
of the Company, equivalent to 5.03 per cent. of the issued voting share capital
of the Company.
