Further to the announcement on 7 December 2001, giving notice that the
recommended cash offers for Brockhampton Holdings plc ("Brockhampton") have
been declared unconditional in all respects, John Batty, Martin Copp, John
King and Hugh Pringle, all non-executive directors of Brockhampton, have
resigned from the company's Board of Directors.
