Issue of Equity
Patisserie Holdings PLC (the Company), the leading UK branded
café and casual dining group, reports that during the month of July
2018, 7,600 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence each were issued at a
price of GBP1.70 pence per share and 1,879,366 ordinary shares of
GBP0.01 pence each were issued at a price of GBP3.16 pence per
share. All shares issues were made from the Company's blocklisting
facility.
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 103,858,832
Ordinary shares. There are no shares held in Treasury so the total
number of shares with voting rights in Patisserie Holdings plc is
103,858,832.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, Patisserie Holdings plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
