Inclusion in FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index
Series
16 September 2016. Capital & Regional, the UK focused
specialist property REIT, confirms that as of this morning the
Company has been added to the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate

Hugh Scott-Barratt, CEO of Capital & Regional, commented:
"We are pleased that Capital & Regional will be added to the
EPRA Index which we believe is a direct result of the hard work we
have successfully put into restructuring and growing the business
over the last few years. The indices are widely followed and well
regarded by global real estate investors and should assist in
continuing to broaden the Company's investor base and increase the
liquidity of our shares."
