CDTI), the cleantech emissions reduction company, today announces that the time 
of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been changed to 10:00 a.m., on 
Wednesday, May 13, 2009, not 2:00 p.m. as previously stated in the announcement 
on 3 April 2009.
