Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

CityFibre (AIM: CITY), a leading designer, builder, operator and owner of fibre optic infrastructure in UK towns and cities, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.cityfibre.com.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 11.30am on Thursday 15 June 2017 at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
