                      Suspension of trading under Rule 19 
 
Clarkson Hill announces that, as the Company has been unable to publish its 
annual accounts by 1 July 2010 as it is obliged to under AIM Rule 19, trading 
in its shares has been suspended. This suspension will be lifted in due course, 
once the Company publishes its annual accounts and has posted them to shareholders.
