Result of the Annual General Meeting
Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) is pleased to announce that
at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today at
the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF ,
all resolutions were duly passed.
