                            Change of accounting date

                                        
Europe Vision Plc, the AIM listed studio-to-screen European media company,
announces that it is changing its accounting reference date from 31st December
to 31st October with immediate effect.

The Company's last published audited accounts were prepared to the 31st December
2006. In September the Company published its interim results for the six months
ended 30th June 2007.

The change means that the next audited accounts will be to the 31st October
2007.

Europe Vision's Chairman, David Lowe, said: "In my statement issued at the time
of our interim results I referred to the Board's thinking in respect of
recommending to shareholders that the Company seek a primary listing for its
stock on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, or elsewhere."

"Therefore during the past few weeks the Company has entered into preliminary
arrangements to give effect to such a listing in Frankfurt. "

"It is in connection with this process that the Directors have changed the
accounting reference date and asked the Company's Auditors to start, and indeed
accelerate, the audit process so as to facilitate a speedy admission to the
Frankfurt exchange."
