Environ Group announces the resignation of Miss. Janet Domin from the board of the Company with effect from 30 June 2011. Janet will be remaining as an officer of Fenhams and as such will be focusing her time on that business to provide the necessary support.

The Board of Environ Group would like to thank Janet for her significant contribution towards the development of the Company.

Mark Sims, the Chief Executive Officer of Environ Group, said "I would like to thank Janet for her involvement with the plc over the last couple of years. Her input has been invaluable during the restructuring of the business, and I can confirm that she will remain as an important member of the Fenhams team. Her new position will give her more time to dedicate her activity to Fenhams and I envisage this will be demonstrated by the future growth of that business."
