ISSUE OF EQUITY

The Company announces that it agreed on 7 April 2020 to allot 550,000 Ordinary Shares at 307.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 6 April 2020 was 287.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 April 2020. As at 9 April 2020 the issued share capital will be 138,858,564 and the number of voting rights will be 138,858,564.
