that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their
conditional share awards on 15 May 2015 under the 2014 Executive
Incentive Plan ("EIP") Element C which was completed on 15 May
2018. These awards were automatically exercised by operation of the
conditional award and vesting process. The exercise price under the
EIP is GBPnil.
