The Company received a letter addressed to IDS dated 5 August 2003 from Goldman Sachs International relating to it's 
holding of shares in the Company ("shares"), which states:



"We hereby notify you that as at close of business on 4 August 2003, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., ("GS Inc.") of 85 
Broad Street, New York, NY 10004, USA, was interested, by attribution only, in a total 1,925,000 shares.

The interest in these 1,925,000 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a direct 
subsidiary of GS Inc."
