Amendment: Net Asset Value as at 20 March 2024

The Net Asset Value announcement released on 22 March 2024 at 7:00am under RNS No. 8743H has been amended to reflect the revaluation of the duplicated income following the publication of the annual financial results relating to the year ended 31 December 2023. There have been no other changes to the contents of the original announcement. The full amended text is shown below:

 

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par and including the fair value of IPS business1 on 20 March 2024 was 785.55 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 812.47 pence per share (cum income). The mid-market price at the close of business on 20 March 2024 was 771.00 pence per share.
