                              Board Change

Following his recent appointment as Chairman and Chief Executive of Melka/
Tenson, which is part of Jacques Vert plc, Bill Walker has stepped down from his
position as Non Executive Director of Marchpole Holdings plc.

Following his appointment Bill Walker has become has become a 20% shareholder in
Melka/Tenson.

The Marchpole Board wish Bill well in the future and thank him for his valuable
contribution and support.
