NetScientific Plc (AIM: NSCI), the deeptech and life sciences VC investment group, announces that today, Mr Ed Hooper (Executive Director) purchased 9,000 ordinary shares in the capital of NetScientific Plc ( " Ordinary Shares " ) through his Self-Invested Personal Pension.

Following such purchase, Ed Hooper is interested in 89,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
