Natasa announces that on 2 March 2015 it purchased 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 30 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, Natasa holds 1,523,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 27,718,951 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
