Wilson Sons Limited (B3: WSON33) ("Wilson Sons" or "Company"), following the Material Fact disclosed on 17 July 2018, informs that it has concluded the formal process to evaluate strategic alternatives involving its container terminal and logistics assets. The Board of Directors has decided not to engage in any transaction at this time.
