Pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, the Company received
notification on 26 October 2004 that on 25 October 2004 First Equity Nominees
Ltd purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which resulted in its
holding being increased to 760,000 ordinary shares in the Company.  This is
3.53% of the Company's issued share capital.
