Dividend Declaration

One Media (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content owner and manager which specialises in the active monetisation of music and video intellectual property rights, together with copyright protection technology, has declared a final dividend of 0.055p per ordinary share, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming annual general meeting.

The ex-dividend date for this payment is 6 April 2023, the record date is 11 April 2023 and the expected payment date is on or by 26 May 2023.
