Contract Win

Optare is pleased to announce that it has won a contract valued at GBP1.7m to supply Nottingham City Council for eight of its Solo Electric buses supported by the Government's Green Bus Fund.

The Solo EV is Britain's first and, currently, its only full-size, viable, battery-powered bus. These buses will be delivered in 2011.
