Completion of Placing and Directors' Dealings

Plasmon announces that further to the passing of the Resolutions in respect of
the Placing on 31 March 2008, Admission became effective at 8:00am today of the
100,000,000 New Ordinary Shares.

The Company also announces the following directors of Plasmon purchased shares
in the Company today under the Placing at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary
Share.

Further, as part of the Placing the Company has granted options to acquire, for
nil consideration, 6,622,688 Ordinary Shares (being approximately 3 per cent. of
the Enlarged Share Capital) to Steven Murphy under the 2008 Share Option Scheme.
 These options will vest over a three year period depending on share price
performance, with a starting threshold of 35 pence per share and fully vesting
if a price of 120 pence per share is achieved.  In the event that the conditions
to vesting of these options do not occur within the stated vesting period, the
options will lapse.

The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to
them in the Prospectus published by the Company dated 6 March 2008.
