    Plasmon plc - Directorate Change

    Plasmon plc ("Plasmon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Vasa Babic as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from today.

    Vasa has been a partner of Hanover Investors Management LLP since 2006. Previously he was Group Director of Business Integration at
Vodafone plc and a senior partner of strategy consulting firm Oliver Wyman. Vasa is also non-executive director of SMG plc. Hanover
currently holds 25.8% of the issued share capital in Plasmon.
    
In addition, Plasmon announces that following Vasa's appointment, Matthew Peacock has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company,
also with effect from today. 
    
Rod Powell, Chairman of Plasmon, said: 

    "Matthew's expertise in restructuring and turnaround work has been invaluable during the last year, in which we transformed Plasmon from
a niche hardware maker to an archive solutions provider. We thank him, and welcome his Hanover partner to the Board. Vasa's operational and
strategic experience in the technology sector is expected to provide an important contribution to the business as we execute our sales-led
growth plan."
