Quest Announces Semi-Annual Cash Dividend

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 8, 2006) - Quest Capital Corp. ('Quest' or the 'Company')
(TSX:QC)(AMEX:QCC)(AIM:QCC) today announced that its Board of Directors has today approved a semi-annual
dividend of Canadian $0.03 per share. The semi-annual dividend will be payable on July 6, 2006 to shareholders
of record at the close of business on June 21, 2006.
