QUESTER VCT 5 PLC - Statement re Allotment of Shares Quester VCT 5 plc ("the Company") The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made a final allotment of 451,075 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the 2004/ 2005 offer for subscription announced on 23 December 2004. This offer closed on 4 April 2005. It is expected that dealings will commence on Tuesday 5 April 2005. The 2005/2006 offer, also announced on 23 December 2004, closes on 30 June 2005.
