The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made an allotment of
7,292 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 95.98p under the
2005/2006 offer for subscription announced on 23 December 2004.

It is expected that dealings will commence on Thursday 2 June 2005.

The Offer will now close at 12 noon on 28 June 2005 unless it is fully
subscribed prior to that date.
