Rio Tinto Says Workers in Fatal Plane Crash in Canada

Rio Tinto said Wednesday that a plane on its way to the
company's Diavik diamond mine and carrying an unspecified number of
its workers crashed near Fort Smith in Canada's Northwest
Territories, causing fatalities.
"We are working closely with authorities and will help in any
way we can with their efforts to find out exactly what has
happened," said Chief Executive Jakob Stausholm.
