                            Convertible loan update



Following the announcement of 28 September 2007, ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the
digital advertising and communications specialist, announces that the
convertible loan ("loan") agreed in principle and signed with Trafalgar Capital
Specialised Investment Fund has been increased, in principle, and is now
expected to be received by the Group by the end of 26 October 2007.
