Synarbor was notified on 22 February 2008 that Baird Capital Partners Europe
Limited ("Baird Capital Partners") have changed their custodian which has
resulted in a change in the legal ownership of the 9,080,879 ordinary shares of
10p each ("Ordinary Shares"). However, the beneficial ownership of the Ordinary
Shares has not changed. As a consequence Baird Capital Partners still has a
beneficial interest in 12,541,553 Ordinary Shares representing 27.8 per cent. of
the issued Ordinary Share capital in the Company.
