Posting of Annual Report and Accounts, Chairman's Letter and Notice of AGM

London, 13 May 2019 - Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM, "Telit" and "Group"), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders alongside the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Chairman's Letter.

The Group's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4N 6AF at 10:00 a.m. on 6 June 2019.
