Statement at Annual General Meeting
At the AGM of Tricorn held yesterday all resolutions were passed. The Chairman,
Nick Paul, made the following statement:
"The outlook for the group has improved substantially in the current financial
year.
A continued drive for improved operational efficiency at Malvern Tubular
Components Limited, our tube manipulation company, has proved beneficial, and I
am pleased to say that recent growth in world markets has also lead to increased
orders.
The revolutionary Redman fitting is being accepted by the UK market and long
term confidence in this product's success has become even greater.
ISS is currently involved in direct negotiations around the world with several
major potential users of their pipeline integrity management software for the
oil and gas industry -'PipeHorizon'. Success with any one of these potential
contracts would generate revenue well into six figures with strong margins.
Overall the group is in a better position to move forward than at any time in
it's history."
