Receipt of Legal
Claims
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the
advanced materials engineering group, announces that it has
received various unquantified claims under the Employment Rights
Act 1996 against the Company and its directors made by Neill
Ricketts, a former director of the Company. A preliminary hearing
for case management has been scheduled for 17 July
2024.
The Company and its directors intend
to vigorously defend the claims and are taking legal advice. A
further announcement will be made in due course as
appropriate.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes
of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it
forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR"), and is disclosed in accordance with
the Company's obligations under Article 17 of
