Following the announcement on 12 November 2013, which gave details of the proposed fundraising through the Subscription by the International Finance Corporation, Placing and Open Offer, the Company is pleased to confirm that the Circular, accompanied by the Proxy Form and the Application Form, was posted yesterday. The Circular also contains the Notice of the General Meeting to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday 29 November 2013 at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.
