to update its shareholders and the investment community on the
status of its crude oil and natural gas sales and purchase
contracts with respect to the recent growing over supply of crude
oil and natural gas in the United States. Shareholders have
recently inquired as to whether or not the Company has experienced
any interruption in the sale of crude oil and natural gas from its
Short Junction Field in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma due to the recent
over supply of crude oil and natural gas in the United States.
