LONDON--DMCI Holdings Inc.'s subsidiary, DMCI Mining Corporation, said Thursday that it now owns or has received valid acceptances in respect of 33.34 million Toledo Mining Corp. PLC (TMC.LN) shares, or 66.5% of its issued share capital and that the offer is now closed.

MAIN FACTS:

-As at 1200 GMT on April 30 DMCI Mining had received valid acceptances in respect of 13.63 million Toledo shares.

-Toledo shares at 0735 GMT unchanged at 51 pence valuing the company at 25.5 million pounds.
