Share Purchase by Director

The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 22 May 2023 that, on the same day, Dr Gillian Davidson, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,119 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at a price of GBP1.975 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.

Following this acquisition, Dr Gillian Davidson owns a total of 10,119 Shares representing 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
